Closures are hypoallergenic / nickel-free, chosen for everyday skin contact. The glass itself does not contain nickel. For severe allergies, write before you order so we can guide you to the safest option.
Lampworked Murano glass is relatively light compared with how it looks in photos, but weight still depends on shape and volume. Product pages give useful cues; if you need something especially light for all-day wear, tell us and we will point you to the most comfortable models.
We usually sell pairs, because each set is made as a matched couple. For replacements (a lost earring) or special requests, contact us: where possible we remake the piece by hand, knowing it will never be an identical industrial clone, and that is part of craftwork.

Absolutely; that is one of the collection’s strengths. Many of the earrings complement necklaces, bracelets, rings, and pendants featuring the same tones and materials. A soft dry cloth, or a barely damp one, is enough to bring back light and transparency. Avoid harsh cleaners, abrasives, perfume sprayed straight onto the glass, and knocks against hard surfaces: Murano is made to last, but it remains handmade jewellery, not an indestructible factory piece.
