Fondazione S.a.s.<\/strong> was established in 1995 out of a passion for the authentic artistic heritage of Venice, especially the world-renowned Murano glass, celebrated for its refinement and beauty.
Fondazione S.a.s.<\/strong> produces unique, handcrafted pieces made by Murano master artisans\u2014ranging from antique and Art Nouveau to modern jewelry\u2014created using original designs and crafted for collectors.<\/p>\n

Our Murano glass jewelry is designed and produced in-house and reflects an ancient tradition that has developed and thrived on the Island of Murano in the Venetian Lagoon. Each piece is made using a special technique called \u201clampworking\u201d<\/strong>, which involves Murano glass rods, gold and silver leaf, and other fine materials to achieve truly stunning results.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Lampworked glass jewelry is created by melting long, colored glass rods and combining them with other materials. The value of Murano glass jewelry lies in the artisan\u2019s ability to shape the glass with style and bring out its artistic essence. The most skilled masters, for example, can achieve extraordinary tones by blending different rods of glass in the flame.<\/p>\n
